Competition Law
The Unfair Competition Act (UWG) regulates the market conduct of companies and protects competitors, consumers and the general public from unfair distortions of competition.
Of particular practical relevance are the actions against product imitations and against misleading and comparative advertising.
We support our clients in particular in
- the design and review of advertising campaigns for admissibility under competition law
- the extrajudicial and judicial prosecution of unfair competition acts by competitors
- the extrajudicial and judicial defence against allegations of unfair competition
