Philipp Henrichs

Philipp Henrichs deals with the legal defence and enforcement of trademark, design, competition and patent law claims. In addition, he advises companies on the development of IP strategies and the establishment and maintenance of international trademark and design portfolios. He also has extensive expertise in the field of drug advertising law.
Philipp Henrichs studied law at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf and the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg from 1993 to 1998. During his studies and legal clerkship he already focused on intellectual property law.
Since his admission to the bar in 2001, he has been working exclusively in the field of intellectual property. In 2020 the national German business newspaper "Handelsblatt" and "Best Lawyers" nominated him one of “Germany`s Best Lawyers” in the field of intellectual property law.
Philipp Henrichs is a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR) and an active "Parallel Imports Committee" member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
